I painted this during the height of the protests across Ireland at the Governments attempts to make us pay twice for our Water. We pay through our Motor Tax and Central Taxation. The Government have pumped over one billion euro into setting up Irish Water. It is really a revenue generating machine for them and their banking friends.
The people will not be conned on this one!
